  • Diane is an award-winning secondary school teacher and a passionate social justice advocate who has championed  water, poverty and human rights issues
  • She sits on the Ontario College of Teachers Council and is an active leader in the union movement with a strong commitment to workers rights
  • Diane is the co-founder of the Centre Wellington Council of Canadians chapter and founder of the Centre Wellington Community Dinner project
  • She is committed to fighting for Wellington-Halton Hills communities, lowering hydro rates by bringing Hydro One back into public hands, fixing the crisis in healthcare and making sure everyone – regardless of age or income – has access to the dental care and prescription medication they need
